Viewing Agent (Part-Time Contractor)
We are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our Real Estate department covering the Glasgow region. The role is responsible for representing our invaluable clients, and the company, by delivering a first class customer service whilst showing potential buyers and investors round our client’s properties. Our field based Viewing Agent forms a part of our high achieving Property Sales Team. Our enthusiastic and successful agents love working in a busy sales environment. They also love pursuing individual targets for lead generation, which benefits the rest of the business!

Key Responsibilities
- Meeting potential buyers at properties
- Providing buyers with a list of property features and any other information required
- Assisting our valuable clients & general public, with their questions
- Effective lead generation and target achievement
- Completion of post viewing administration
- Collection and delivering of client keys to and from MOV8 offices
- Collection and delivering of keys to third parties ahead of settlement
- Completing inspections of vacant properties, obtaining metre readings, photographs of empty properties and providing an inspection report
- Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately
- Completing any other job related tasks as requested by your line manager
- Obtaining feedback from buyers
- Diary management
Key Requirements
- Exceptional customer service
- Desire for personal development and continuous learning
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment
- Self‑Starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Own transport and clean driving licence
Working Hours
This is a self‑employed position offering flexible working hours. However, some evening and weekend availability will be required to accommodate client and buyer schedules.
Remuneration
£15 per hour plus mileage.
