We're now looking for a Property Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced Property Sales team in Edinburgh.

About the role

As a Property Sales Consultant, you’ll oversee a portfolio of property sales, guiding clients through every stage of the selling process and helping them secure the best possible result for their property.

You’ll be a key point of contact for sellers, providing expert advice, reassurance, and outstanding customer service from initial marketing through to negotiation and handover to our in-house legal team.

No two days are the same in this role. You'll work closely with Senior Negotiators, solicitors, and colleagues across the business while managing multiple priorities in a professional and customer-focused way.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a caseload of residential property sales

• Supporting clients throughout the full sales process

• Providing advice on sales strategies and property marketing

• Handling notes of interest and negotiating offers

• Building trusted relationships with clients and third parties

• Ensuring all communication is timely, accurate, and professional

• Striving to achieve targets and identifying opportunities to generate leads

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

You don't need previous estate agency experience to apply, although an interest in property is important. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You'll be someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Works well in a fast-paced environment

• Takes a proactive and positive approach

• Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Has strong written communication and IT skills

Essential skills and experience

• Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong telephone communication skills

• Good organisational and administrative skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Confident using IT systems and software

Desirable experience

• Property sales or estate agency experience

• Knowledge of the local property market

• Experience working towards sales or performance targets

• Telephone sales experience

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, working on an alternating shift of 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis.
