We're now looking for a Property Sales Assistant to join our busy Property Sales team at our Edinburgh Head Office in South Gyle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in the property sector.
About the role
As a Property Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting clients throughout the property sales journey and helping our team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally and confidently while coordinating property viewings and supporting the wider sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Supporting clients and potential buyers throughout the viewing process
Scheduling and coordinating property viewings efficiently
Managing viewing enquiries via telephone and email
Understanding customer requirements and matching suitable appointment times
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the wider Property Sales team with administrative tasks
Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and enjoys helping people.
You'll be confident in communicating with a wide range of customers and able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. A genuine interest in property and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or office-based role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Good attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude
Confidence using IT systems and software
A professional and friendly telephone manner
Desirable experience and skills
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Property or estate agency experience
Strong written English and administrative accuracy
Experience coordinating appointments or schedules

Working hours
You will work one of the following shift patterns:
Tuesday to Saturday, alternating between 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm).
orSunday to Thursday, alternating between 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm (Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm)
