Join our International Human Resources Team and play a key role in bringing our business forward and contributing to our continued success.

The Human Resources Generalist is accountable for supporting the Human Resources needs of their assigned branches, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, policy and legal compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and employee and management coaching.

  • Build effective business partnerships with management by developing a solid understanding of the business.
  • Develop and recommend Human Resources solutions that balance employee needs with departmental and overall company goals.
  • Coordinate and execute talent acquisition, including but not limited to recruiting strategy development, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding assistance.
  • Responsible for operational HR tasks e.g. supporting payroll, issuing contracts, dealing with day-to-day requests from staff.
  • Successfully manage and resolve complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Support local and corporate HR Management with administration of various projects and policy/procedure implementation and changes.
  • Ensure new hires, terminations and changes are processed accurately and timely.
  • Manage various HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance, maintain HR records in compliance with applicable internal and legal requirements.
  • Stay current with HR related regulations, practices and labour laws for assigned branches and areas of responsibility.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management (preferred), in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of professional level of HR experience.
  • Profound experience in talent acquisition and international recruitment processes.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Works very independently; has experience in being the only HR person on site.
  • Interact effectively and professionally with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward self and others.
  • Considerable knowledge of local labour laws, practices and standards of HR office administration and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German or other additional languages are a plus.
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills, is process-focused, has attention to detail and prioritises well.
  • Manage competing demands and work effectively and efficiently with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Trustworthy and maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
  • PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with MS Office and other software.
  • Experience in dealing with different nationalities and cultures.
