About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Graduate to join our Growth team and help scale one of our most exciting channels: Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships. This is a brand-new role created to help grow our creator network, build meaningful partnerships, and turn influencer activity into a key driver of business growth. You’ll be involved across the full process, from finding and reaching out to creators, managing relationships, assessing opportunities, and supporting campaigns through to execution. You’ll help shape our UGC content direction, support the growth of our affiliate channel, and work closely with creators to develop partnerships that strengthen the Mous brand. As the channel develops, so will your role which will give you exposure to wider growth initiatives and the opportunity to help build and scale a key area of the business from the ground up.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is early in their career and is ambitious, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to build relationships and drive growth through creators and partnerships. You’ll be someone who can look beyond surface-level metrics and make thoughtful decisions about which creators are the right fit for Mous by considering audience quality, brand alignment, engagement, and the potential commercial impact of each partnership. You’ll have strong judgement and an analytical mindset, using data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve our influencer and affiliate strategy. A big part of this role is building relationships, so you’ll be confident communicating with people, comfortable reaching out to creators, and able to build trust while managing partnerships effectively. Most importantly, you’ll be curious, adaptable, and excited to grow, someone who wants to learn quickly, make an impact, and help shape how Mous continues to build a world‑class creator community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential creators for gifted and paid collaboration
  • Manage communication and gifting with creators
  • Support on existing creator partnerships
  • Proactive publisher recruitment and onboarding of new partners
  • Review and access inbound requests across affiliate, YouTube reviewers and influencers
  • Regular quality control checks across partners
  • Manage and grow current UK affiliate scheme
  • Scale new US affiliate scheme from scratch
  • Report and present on the performance of both initiatives

Success Measurement

  • Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and partners while managing communication, outreach, and collaborations effectively
  • Grow our affiliate programmes by identifying new opportunities, onboarding high-quality partners, and increasing channel contribution
  • Develop a strong understanding of what makes partnerships successful by using data, audience insights, and commercial judgement to evaluate performance
  • Build a consistent pipeline of creator collaborations and support the development of authentic UGC content that strengthens the Mous brand
  • Own day-to-day influencer and affiliate activity, ensuring campaigns, partnerships, and processes run smoothly
  • Create clear reporting and insights that help us understand performance, prove impact, and identify opportunities to scale
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities and contribute ideas as we continue to build these channels

Skills Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Strong written communication for influencer and affiliate outreach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail; comfortable tracking activity and contacts in spreadsheets
  • Solid working knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the creator landscape
  • Confident with numbers — able to pull and make sense of basic performance data

Soft Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and chases things down
  • Natural relationship-builder, comfortable reaching out to and managing creators

  • Prior influencer, affiliate, or social media experience (internship or placement counts)
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize)
