About Mous
We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver. For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world‑class in‑house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance‑led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast‑growing community around the brand.
About the Role
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Logistics Executive to join our fast‑growing Logistics team! As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fulfilment team—managing third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, driving process improvements, and leading successful project execution and peak period performance. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role for someone who wants more than “doing a job.” You’ll sit at the heart of our global fulfilment operation, with real responsibility, real influence, and a clear path to growing into a leadership position within the business.
About You
As Logistics Executive at Mous, you’ll report to Emma, our Senior Freight and Logistics Manager, and work collaboratively within the logistics and wider operations team. You don’t need a traditional logistics background to apply; if you’re highly organised, analytical, and excited to learn in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you and this role gives you the platform to prove yourself and scale fast! This role is a true problem‑solver's playground and is for someone who is motivated by ownership, impact, and wants to play a meaningful role in building and scaling a business rather than slotting into a rigid, pre‑defined system. You would enjoy analysing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and leaving systems better than you found them. You are comfortable working cross‑functionally, communicating clearly with different stakeholders, and taking responsibility for outcomes. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and are driven by long‑term growth and progression into leadership, this role is built for you!
