About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical, ambitious problem-solver to join our operations team in a role that sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. This isn’t a traditional logistics role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of complex, real-world systems and make them measurably better. You’ll work with large datasets, uncover patterns, and translate insights into decisions that directly impact cost, efficiency, and customer experience at scale. As a graduate, from day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, owning performance metrics, influencing strategic decisions, and driving improvements across a global operation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Product, and Customer Experience, gaining a broad understanding of how a high-growth business operates. If you’re someone who enjoys breaking down problems, building structured solutions, and seeing the tangible impact of your work, this role offers a steep learning curve and rapid progression.
About You
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is naturally curious, numerically strong, and motivated by solving complex problems. You might come from an analytical background and/or have developed strong quantitative skills through internships, consulting-style work, or academic projects. We care most about how you think: structured, logical, and driven by data. You’re comfortable working with numbers, spotting trends, and asking “why?” You enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions or suggest better ways of doing things. You’re proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership. Rather than waiting for instructions, you look for opportunities to improve systems, reduce inefficiencies, and make an impact.

How will success be measured?
- Owning and managing relationships with 3PL providers and other key stakeholders, fostering a great working relationship.
- Owning and leading weekly meetings with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and preparation for peak periods, ensuring launches, Black Friday and Christmas are smooth and efficient for all stakeholders and customers.
- Developing and implementing process improvements which lead to cost and operational efficiencies, and reducing customer queries and shipping contact ratio.
