About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Performance Manager to own the performance layer of our creative output. This is a high-accountability role. You will be responsible for translating performance data into creative direction, defining testing roadmaps, setting kill and scale criteria, and raising the standard of performance-driven content across paid channels. You will act as the bridge between creative production and commercial performance. Your decisions will directly influence CPA, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency. This role is designed to take ownership of day‑to‑day performance content decisions, enabling senior leadership to focus on long‑term strategy. You will work directly with the Content Strategy Lead and manage an international team of editors. The right person will find a clear pathway into senior leadership across content performance or growth.
