👨💻 About the Role

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Content Creator to join our growing UK team! As we continue to expand our product ranges and creative output, we’re looking for an ambitious and creative individual to support the creation of world‑class content and advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Content Creators to film, edit and deliver engaging paid and organic content that fuels growth across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who lives and breathes short‑form content, is obsessed with what performs online, and wants to learn from one of the most creative D2C brands around.

👋 About You

As a Junior Content Creator at Mous, you’ll collaborate with our wider Content team. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the creative direction of our content, supporting the execution of campaigns, and helping grow new funnels for key product categories. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands‑on, self‑motivated, and passionate about creating content that converts. You’ll have the autonomy to test your ideas, the resources to execute them, and the chance to grow into a top‑class content creator.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and editing of engaging short‑form video content for organic and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
  • Film and capture high‑quality content aligned with Mous’ brand and performance goals.
  • Contribute to the ownership and growth of our organic social channels.
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise creative to drive performance and profitability.

🤓 Skills Requirements

Must‑haves

  • Confident video editor (Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve or similar).
  • Comfortable operating a camera and capturing dynamic content, and a strong knowledge of composition.
  • Clear understanding of short‑form content formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and how content drives conversion.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Other Adobe Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Photography skills.
  • Experience with After Effects and Motion Design.
  • Experience working on branded shoots or content for social media.
