About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale Mous’ Retail and B2B strategy. You’ll be joining a high-impact team focused on launching new partnerships, securing key listings, and ensuring our products fly. You’ll work directly with our senior leadership, including our CEO and Corporate Development Director, and help define the future of how Mous shows up in the world.

About You

You’ve got at least two years of commercial experience, ideally from a top-tier FMCG graduate scheme or a challenger brand in the Consumer Goods or Tech Accessory space. You’re analytically minded, proficient in Excel, and understand what it takes to turn a great product into a high-performing account. You’re ambitious, determined, and know how to open doors—and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and close ongoing negotiations with Retail and B2B Distributors and Resellers
  • Initiate and manage outreach to new Retail and B2B prospects
  • Create and execute a reseller engagement plan to drive sell-out
  • Manage and grow designated accounts, building lasting partnerships
  • Develop demand forecasts for key accounts to ensure operational readiness
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Retail & B2B strategy and internal processes

  • Delivering against revenue targets for Retail & B2B channels
  • Developing scalable, effective workflows across key accounts
  • Owning commercial relationships that make a measurable impact

Skills requirements:

Must haves

  • 2+ years commercial experience in FMCG or Tech Accessories
  • Track record in Sales, Account Management, or Category Management roles
  • Excel fluency
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong understanding of margins and commercial levers
  • Able to work from our Hoxton office at least 3 times a week

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing network in Reseller, Retail, or B2B channels

About Our Offer

We have a hybrid approach to working at Mous so our team can have flexibility during the week, and we can retain the collaborative and vibrant Mous culture that people love. We expect people to come into the office at least three days a week but some teams opt for more as it’s beneficial for their workflow. Our office is in Hoxton and there are regular on-site activities (e.g. happy hours, painting classes, yoga on the roof etc.). We can offer a salary of £40-50k for this role, depending on experience.
