This is a brand‑new role at Mous, giving you the opportunity to make an outsized impact at a company where marketing and content creation are absolutely fundamental to success.
As a Performance Marketing Designer at Mous, you’ll work collaboratively with our Brand & Creative team, playing a vital role in creating and iterating designs that support campaigns across paid ads, organic social, email, and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about marketing, and eager to contribute in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging still image ads that drive conversions and performance across paid marketing channels.
- Design and adapt graphic assets for growth channels such as organic social, email campaigns, and new launches.
- Continuously test and iterate creative concepts to identify what performs best across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Be proactive in spotting opportunities to improve creative output and suggest new ideas.
- Balance speed and quality in delivering assets for multiple ongoing campaigns.
Hard Skills: Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), strong graphic design skills, with a focus on creating effective ads, 1–5 years of professional design experience.
Soft Skills: Loves marketing, brands, social media, and ads, entrepreneurial mindset, driven by impact, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, autonomous and proactive, collaborative, with strong communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with ads / social media marketing, familiarity with D2C brands or agency work.
