About Mous

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver. For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world‑class in‑house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance‑led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast‑growing community around the brand. From throwing phones off dams to launching category‑defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical, ambitious problem‑solver to join our operations team in a role that sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. This isn’t a traditional logistics role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of complex, real‑world systems and make them measurably better. You’ll work with large datasets, uncover patterns, and translate insights into decisions that directly impact cost, efficiency, and customer experience at scale. As a graduate, from day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, owning performance metrics, influencing strategic decisions, and driving improvements across a global operation. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with teams including Finance, Product, and Customer Experience, gaining a broad understanding of how a high‑growth business operates. If you’re someone who enjoys breaking down problems, building structured solutions, and seeing the tangible impact of your work, this role offers a steep learning curve and rapid progression.

About You

This role is designed for someone early in their career who is naturally curious, numerically strong, and motivated by solving complex problems. You might come from an analytical background and/or have developed strong quantitative skills through internships, consulting‑style work, or academic projects. We care most about how you think: structured, logical, and driven by data. You’re comfortable working with numbers, spotting trends, and asking “why?” You enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions or suggest better ways of doing things. You’re proactive and self‑directed, with a strong sense of ownership. Rather than waiting for instructions, you look for opportunities to improve systems, reduce inefficiencies, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and working with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers, including escalations and project management.
  • Peak planning and collaborating with 3PLs to ensure a smooth peak period.
  • Conducting regular visits to our 3PL partners to collaborate and work on projects and processes.
  • Driving reporting on KPIs and analysis on 3PL fulfilment and shipping, and conducting ad‑hoc analysis when required.
  • Responsible for managing courier performance and strategy, including regular reporting and analysis on performance and spend.
  • Managing the retail logistics function, working closely across departments on B2B order fulfilment and strategy.
  • Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders across product launches, managing the fulfilment timeline and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team on 3PL invoicing checks and management.
  • Managing quarantine stocks, keeping stock levels in line with KPIs and working on initiatives to extract maximum value.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to actively work on strategies and projects to reduce shipping queries from customers.
  • Collaborating on reporting and analytics on customer contact for shipping related queries.

How will success be measured?

  • Owning and managing relationships with 3PL providers and other key stakeholders, fostering a great working relationship.
  • Owning and leading weekly meetings with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and preparation for peak periods, ensuring launches, Black Friday and Christmas are smooth and efficient for all stakeholders and customers.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements which lead to cost and operational efficiencies, and reducing customer queries and shipping contact ratio.
  • Delivering against KPIs and project objectives.
