About Mous

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver. For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world‑class in‑house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance‑led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast‑growing community around the brand. From throwing phones off dams to launching category‑defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Content Performance Manager to own the performance layer of our creative output. This is a high‑accountability role. You will be responsible for translating performance data into creative direction, defining testing roadmaps, setting kill and scale criteria, and raising the standard of performance‑driven content across paid channels. You will act as the bridge between creative production and commercial performance. Your decisions will directly influence CPA, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency. This role is designed to take ownership of day‑to‑day performance content decisions, enabling senior leadership to focus on long‑term strategy. • Manage and raise standards across a remote team of editors operating across time zones
  • Communicate clear creative direction, grounded in data and commercial reasoning
  • Build repeatable frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks that scale performance thinking across the team
  • Reduce dependency on senior leadership for day‑to‑day creative performance decisions

  • Measurable improvement in creative‑driven CPA, CVR, and campaign efficiency
  • Increased creative win rate across testing cycles
  • Faster, more structured iteration loops
  • Clear, consistent performance reporting and decision frameworks
