About the Role

We're hiring an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take on the exciting responsibility of overseeing our Amazon channel globally. We've built real momentum on Amazon and are looking for someone to own that performance, systematise what's working, and extend it across our full product range as well as scoping and prioritising new opportunities across the 9 markets we operate in.

You'll work closely with in‐house creative, growth, and data teams to continuously optimise listings, advertising, and go‐to‐market strategies. In addition, you'll play a key role in shaping broader commercial strategy by turning marketplace insights into clear business opportunities, coordinating cross‐functional teams, and driving planning around major trading moments such as Prime Day, inventory forecasting, and international expansion.

You will report directly into Will Ward, our Head of Commercial, and take on management of our Marketplaces Executive. For the right person, this role offers strong ownership and visibility, with responsibility for helping to scale both the team and the P&L, meaning there's a real opportunity to drive growth and directly influence business performance.

About You

You are a commercially‐mindful, results‐driven marketplace leader who understands how to win on platforms like Amazon. With a proactive, analytical and performance‐focused mindset, you are comfortable owning outcomes and diving straight into the detail to quickly identify opportunities and taking decisive action to drive growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of a high‐impact revenue channel, using data to shape strategy and push performance forward with clarity and pace. You will play a crucial role in scaling an already fast‐growing area of the business, helping to unlock new opportunities and take the marketplace function to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to build and define the marketplace strategy, setting a clear direction for growth and driving performance across the channel, with a primary focus on Amazon.
  • Lead end‐to‐end performance reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights across key areas including sales performance, stock availability, aged inventory, and the effectiveness of brand vs paid activity.
  • Manage and develop the Marketplaces Executive, providing guidance, structure and support to ensure strong execution and continued team growth.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to shape and optimise the Amazon advertising strategy, ensuring alignment between paid media and overall commercial objectives.
  • Leverage Amazon as a launchpad for international expansion, identifying opportunities to enter and scale in new markets and regions.
  • Own planning and readiness for key trading moments such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and major product launches, ensuring the business is set up to maximise performance.
  • Coordinate cross‐functional activity across pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and campaign execution to drive marketplace growth.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to continuously improve content quality, optimise the customer experience, and maintain strong catalogue hygiene.

How will success be measured?

  • Define and execute a clear, scalable marketplace strategy, establishing a strong direction for the function within the company and aligning it to overall business goals.
  • Deliver a clearly defined path to incremental growth, identifying and unlocking new opportunities to drive sustainable revenue across marketplaces.
  • Improve operational efficiency, with a focus on reducing marketplace fees and minimising aged or excess inventory.
  • Develop and elevate the Marketplace Executive, building capability within the team and ensuring high standards of execution as the function scales.
