About Mous

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver. For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world-class in‑house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance‑led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast‑growing community around the brand.

About the Role

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Logistics Executive to join our fast‑growing Logistics team! As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fulfilment team—managing third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, driving process improvements, and leading successful project execution and peak period performance. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role for someone who wants more than “doing a job.” You’ll sit at the heart of our global fulfilment operation, with real responsibility, real influence, and a clear path to growing into a leadership position within the business.

From day one, you’ll take real responsibility for 3PL performance, courier strategy, and stock accuracy, with the freedom to challenge how things are done and make them better. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience, gaining rare exposure to how a fast‑growing global brand actually scales, alongside regular site visits to our 3PL partners to build strong relationships and ensure operational excellence on the ground. You’ll be hands‑on during major launches and peak trading moments like Black Friday and Christmas, learning how to operate under pressure and scale systems that hold up when it matters most.

About You

As Logistics Executive at Mous, you’ll report to Emma, our Senior Freight and Logistics Manager, and work collaboratively within the logistics and wider operations team. You don’t need a traditional logistics background to apply; if you’re highly organised, analytical, and excited to learn in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you and this role gives you the platform to prove yourself and scale fast! This role is a true problem‑solver's playground and is for someone who is motivated by ownership, impact, and wants to play a meaningful role in building and scaling a business rather than slotting into a rigid, pre‑defined system.

You would enjoy analysing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and leaving systems better than you found them. You are comfortable working cross‑functionally, communicating clearly with different stakeholders, and taking responsibility for outcomes. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and are driven by long‑term growth and progression into leadership, this role is built for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and working with 3PL providers, including escalations, project management and process improvements
  • Providing the 3PL with regular updates over device launches and peak season, including forecast and inbound management
  • Conducting regular visits to our 3PL partners to collaborate and work on projects and processes
  • Collaborating with the Finance team on 3PL invoicing checks and management
  • Providing reporting on KPIs and analysis on 3PL fulfilment and shipping, and conducting ad‑hoc analysis when required
  • Managing courier performance and strategy, responsible for regular reporting and analysis on performance and spend
  • Managing quarantine stocks, keeping stock levels in line with KPIs and working on initiatives to extract maximum value
  • Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to actively work on strategies and projects to reduce shipping queries from customers
  • Reporting on shipping contract ratio monthly and tracking improvements
  • Managing the retail logistics function, working closely across departments on B2B order fulfilment and strategy
  • Collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders across product launches, managing the fulfilment timeline and ensuring timely order fulfilment

How will success be measured?

  • Owning and managing relationships with 3PL providers and other key stakeholders, fostering a great working relationship
  • Owning and leading weekly meetings with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and preparation for peak periods, ensuring launches, Black Friday and Christmas are smooth and efficient for all stakeholders and customers
  • Developing and implementing process improvements which lead to cost and operational efficiencies, and reducing customer queries and shipping contact ratio
  • Delivering against KPIs and project objectives
