Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Van Driver and Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied role that combines the safe and timely delivery of goods with general warehouse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van to deliver and collect goods in accordance with planned delivery schedules.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled carefully and securely.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Previous experience driving a van for business purposes.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely including heavy items.
- Must be over 25 years of age.
