We are Mourne Fires, a Fireplace manufacturer and Stove retailer, based in Carryduff and currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our busy team. This role is responsible for coordinating our teams of Installers, maintaining the Installation schedules, communicating with customers regarding Installations, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational tasks and assist in managing the schedule of our team installers.
- Maintain schedules, documentation, and internal communication channels.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Assist with logistics, procurement, and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
