About the role
Onsite Support Consultant providing IT support services with expertise in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP copier and computers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA
- Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems
- Support other teams in troubleshooting issues
- Create, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines and processes
About you
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
- Min 3-4 years of hands-on support for IT Services
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers
- Experience working and handling Ticketing Tools
- Experience in creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
