Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/software engineering/IT
- Proven working experience in data collection through research, coordinating data rules, monitoring performance metrics, analytical approaches, and driving actionable insights as well as telling an actionable story
- API integration and proficiency in creating and troubleshooting technical workflows (min. 3 years’ experience)
- Implementing and managing XM technologies for customer, users, products, and services experience particularly in Qualtrics XM implementations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qualtrics XM, Confluence, Jira
- Experienced with software such as Power BI
- Custom coding skills like JSON, DAX, Javascript, Python is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
