  • Take ownership of elements of matter management, helping ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work on a broad range of high‑quality documents, including transaction materials, briefings and internal guidance.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to improving templates, precedents and internal resources.
  • Be involved in the wider life of the team, including collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and participating actively in team and departmental meetings.
  • Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities with new and existing clients and intermediaries.
  • Conduct and present oneself both within the firm and externally to clients and third parties in a manner which is consistent with the Mourant values.
