We have an exciting opportunity for an eDiscovery and Data Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the end-to-end eDiscovery process — from data collection and processing to review management and client reporting. Working closely with our legal teams and clients, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with best practice. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the design of workflows, support training and implementation of review platforms, and collaborate with external providers on digital evidence and disclosure matters.

About the role
In this role you will:
- Assist with end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, including scoping, budgeting, timeline management, and client reporting. Work closely with legal teams and clients to ensure that project goals are met within agreed timelines.
- Oversee the collection, preservation, and processing of electronic data. Ensure defensibility and accuracy, maintaining a complete chain-of-custody for all data collected.
- Manage eDiscovery platforms, ensuring data is processed, loaded, and maintained for review and analysis.
- Design and implement workflows for document reviews, ensuring processes align with best practices, firm policies, and legal standards.
- Coordinate with external service providers for tasks such as electronic disclosure, translations, and forensic analysis.
- Conduct quality checks on processed data and review output, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Generate reports and status updates for clients and internal teams.
- Provide user support and training to internal teams and clients on eDiscovery tools, review platforms, and data-sharing solutions. Troubleshoot any issues and manage expectations across all parties involved.
About you - essential requirements
- Solid eDiscovery knowledge supported by a relevant professional qualification (such as Certified E-Discovery Specialist, ACEDS, or Project Management Professional) and/or a certification from an industry-recognised eDiscovery platform (such as DISCO, Relativity, or Reveal). If you do not currently hold one of these certifications, we will provide full training and support to help you achieve the Project Management certification.
- Proven experience managing eDiscovery projects from start to finish, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
- Demonstrable capability to be organised and attentive to detail, good at working under pressure, independently and to tight deadlines, a good problem-solver, and a clear and effective communicator.
- A developed understanding of other technologies and services used by leading law firms in dealing with digital evidence, including but not limited to computer forensics, eDiscovery review platforms and eDiscovery productions.
