Mountjoy specialises in providing professional and high-quality construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services across the south of England. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. Mountjoy Ltd is contracted to Fareham Borough Council to provide a maintenance and repair service to void properties and ad-hoc improvements to occupied properties plus day to day responsive repairs arising throughout normal working hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To record accurate information from operatives, subcontractors and clients.
- To ensure all systems are kept updated with required information.
- To respond to internal and client emails and manage the shared email inbox.
- Supporting the Service Manager to plan and deliver the day by sending the right operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring operatives and sub-contractors arrive on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
- Allocate the right operatives, based on skills, availability and locality to the jobs that are nearing completion to ensure we meet appointment times and minimize travel and downtime.
- To carry out customer satisfaction surveys and support in compiling monthly client reports.
- Carry out materials and equipment ordering as required.
- Ensure issues are being captured and feedback to the Service Manager / Contract Manager.
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Service Manager / Contract Manager.
- Champion Customer Service and coach the team to treat customers as they would expect to be treated if they were the customer themselves.
- You are responsible for your own Health & Safety and are expected to work with the Company and your line manager to ensure safety guidelines are followed and adhered.
- To live the Mountjoy ethos and values at all times with whoever you deal or engage with.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel with accurate keyboard skills.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities that can be undertaken by each trade group.
- Good understanding of Geographical areas including streets and buildings, finding the best routes, and travel times between different locations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Math and English.
