Duties will include but are not limited to
- Provide proactive administrative and diary support to the Product Director - Luxury Travel.
- Support the wider Client Experience and Jetcard teams with day-to-day administration and coordination.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and team updates.
- Monitor actions and deadlines to ensure priorities stay on track.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence.
- Provide flexible administrative support and get involved wherever needed.
Previous administration experience is essential.
Experience as a PA, Team Coordinator or in a similar support role is desirable but not essential
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Confident communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience coordinating diaries and meetings - desirable
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
A collaborative team player who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting others.
