The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
As a Finance Analyst, you will be integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations supporting transaction processing, financial reporting, and internal controls whilst working closely with both finance and sales teams.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately posting daily payments and receipts across multiple currencies
- Performing daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
- Setting up payments in line with company standard operating procedures
- Processing booking forms, including raising purchase orders and sales invoices
- Managing supplier invoices and staff expense claims
- Reviewing and maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Acting as a key point of contact for finance-related queries from the sales team
- Supporting colleagues across the team, including workload sharing and holiday cover
- Handling intercompany transactions, including journal entries
- Contributing to month-end and year-end processes, including bank revaluations, accruals and prepayments, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and audit support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Finance Analyst role - essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
