We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivatedTrainee Sales Consultant to join our Helicopter department here at our Surbiton HQ. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aviation, client service and of course sales!
Job Description
As a trainee broker, you will learn how to source, coordinate, and manage helicopter charter flights for a diverse range of clients, including VIPs, corporate executives, and event organizers.
Joining as a Trainee you will be assigned an experienced mentor who will work closely with you during your training period, helping you gain hands-on exposure to the private aviation industry, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service are key.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a customer facingrolein luxury products & services - essential
- 1-2 years active sales experience - desired
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
- Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
- Ambition, drive and self-motivation
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- High attentions to detail
- Strong resilience with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
