We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Flight Representative Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Global Flight Representative Director, this role plays a key part in enhancing the overall client experience and supporting long-term client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, performance management, and workforce planning of ACS Contracting Flight Representatives, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards.
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Flight Representatives and ACS sales teams.
- Coordinate and schedule Flight Representatives to maximise coverage and operational efficiency.
- Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for global charter consultants, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor bookings and proactively coordinate Flight Representative coverage.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and post-flight documentation.
- Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the UK.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support departmental growth.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures to safeguard ACS and its clients.
