Air Charter Service is a global provider of bespoke air charter solutions, delivering seamless private, commercial and cargo services. We work with a diverse client base ranging from UHNW individuals to entertainment groups and sports organizations. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Events Manager to join our busy marketing team here in our Surbiton HQ!
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be integral to the end-to-end planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated marketing campaigns to help ACS achieve its key business objectives. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Strategy and Planning: Defining event goals and objectives, preparing event proposals and marketing plans that help us target our key audiences.
- Project Management: Managing the entire event lifecycle from proposal to post-event analysis.
- Budget and Finance Management: Working to allocated event budgets, negotiating prices with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective execution to maximize ROI.
- Briefing design team: Producing creative stands, print materials and event collateral.
- Marketing and Promotion: Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media etc) to drive attendance and engagement.
- Logistics and Coordination: Liaising with venues, suppliers, caterers and internal teams to manage all logistical aspects of the event.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, gathering attendee feedback, and writing reports and actionable insights to help shape future event campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams worldwide both within marketing and sales.
- On-site Management: Overseeing the event on the day to ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot problems, and manage on-site staff or volunteers.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in a mid senior level events and marketing role.
- Willingness to travel for events and work occasional irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make informed decisions.
- Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, social media and the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
- Creativity and Problem-Solving: The ability to develop innovative event concepts and solutions to unexpected challenges.
