We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. Driver Role – applicants must have a valid driving licence and access to their own car.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support with medication administration in accordance with prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ quality of life
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is desirable
