The Role
As a Support Worker with Mountbatten Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support is provided from day one.

We are currently recruiting full-time Waking night staff, with immediate starts available, once training is completed.

- Support individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence
- Encourage and support social activities, hobbies, and community engagement
- Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
- Support individuals to make choices and achieve personal goals
- Maintain dignity, respect, and confidentiality always
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies and procedures
- Accurately record and report information in line with company requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
