We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, compassionate, and skilled Assistant Principal to join the leadership team at Mountbatten Primary School. The successful candidate will play a key role in modelling and communicating our vision and values across the school community. They will help foster a culture of both challenge and support, ensuring that all pupils and staff are empowered to have a voice and achieve success.

This role includes leadership of EYFS, with responsibility for its development, implementation, and ongoing improvement to enhance outcomes for pupils with SEND. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Assistant Principal will contribute to driving whole-school improvement and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at Mountbatten Primary School.

We are looking for an individual who understands the contextual challenges within our setting and is deeply committed to improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children in the city. The successful candidate will demonstrate high expectations in learning, teaching, behaviour & care and will remain calm, resilient and solution-focused in the face of challenge.
