Are you passionate about palliative and end of life care and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for someone who holds a high amount of empathy and compassion, and who can make a real difference not only to our patients but to their family and support network.

You will seek to provide a high standard of holistic, skilled, patient-centred, palliative care to all community patients, as part of Mountbatten Hampshire multidisciplinary community services team, providing nursing care under the direct clinical leadership of the Locality Lead/ Senior Nurse on Duty.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated nurse, keen to develop both your practice and education, in line with the role requirements. The Associate Advanced Nurse Practitioner role will contribute to the provision of specialist palliative and end of life care in the Community, being based at Mountbatten Hampshire.

Under the supervision of the Locality Leads, they will work autonomously and as a member of the Community Palliative Care Team influencing the delivery of ongoing patient care. A clean driving licence and use of a vehicle with business insurance is essential.
