The role: BH Live is recruiting for Recreation Assistants to join our busy team at the Mountbatten Centre. Located in Hilsea, a five-minute drive from Portsmouth city centre, Mountbatten Centre offers access to high-quality fitness facilities including a cardio zone, free weights, functional fitness, group cycle studio, sports hall, running track, swimming pool & spa.
You will:
- Work poolside
- Keep our customers safe
- Be a point of contact for our customers
- Erect, dismantle and move equipment
- Clean the centre and equipment
To be successful you will need:
- Your NPLQ qualification
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS Clearance
- Be a confident swimmer
- To keep calm under pressure and have good initiative
- The ability to concentrate whilst working poolside
- Great customer service skills
