BH Live is recruiting for Casual Kids Activators to join our junior activities team in Portsmouth. You will assist with the operation and delivery of junior/family activities which includes children’s parties covering two sites, BH Live Mountbatten and Charter. You will provide a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for all our customers and be a brand ambassador for the services we provide.
This is an exciting role where you will be involved in a wide range of different activities for children which includes clip n climb, giant inflatables, children parties and holiday clubs. After training, you will be knowledgeable about our BH Live junior activities offering, which includes membership and party products and you will be able to advise and support our customers with information and bookings.
We are looking for people who can work evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays as you will be hosting children’s parties and junior activities.
You will:
- Assist in the set up and take down of facilities and activities.
- Ensure all equipment is safe for use and is handled with care.
- Deliver safety briefings as required.
- Be enthusiastic and confident in leading all junior activities and parties.
- Deliver games and activities to groups when hosting parties and holiday clubs.
- Supervise and ensure the safe use of all activities and equipment.
You will need:
- Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with children.
- Confidence and an outgoing personality.
- To be positive, with a fun attitude.
- To understand the importance of providing excellent customer care and be able to remain calm under pressure.
