We are a successful outdoor retailer offering quality outdoor clothing and equipment at low prices since 1997. We have over 400 stores and more than 3,000 employees.
We are looking for a passionate, operational, forward-thinking and people-focused Area Manager to lead our teams. This role sits within a newly created area covering Central New Zealand, from Rotorua to Blenheim and everything in between. It has been established as a result of our continued growth and the need to expand our Area Manager coverage across the store network. As the retail footprint grows, this position will play a key part in supporting store performance, team development, and the overall customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of approximately 12 stores. Your key responsibilities will be to maximise store sales and profitability, focusing on operational and customer service standards, as well as building and developing a strong team through motivational leadership.
