Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development: Motivate your team to deliver their best, fostering a culture of positivity, engagement, and excellence. Build a strong and collaborative team, uniting everyone around shared goals and a vision for success. Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development. Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team. Provide your team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience. Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment. Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Sales & Performance: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability. Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
