Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Midweight Packaging Designer to join our Design team in London. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will create commercially minded packaging for our three brands, balancing customer experience with sustainability and brand guidelines.
You will lead packaging projects from concept to production, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with Buying, Product Technology and suppliers to deliver high quality, on‑time packaging solutions that support growth.
