Mountain Warehouse in London is seeking an experienced Marketing Design Manager on a 12‑month maternity cover to lead the creative direction and delivery of all retail print campaigns across three brands and nine international markets. You will lead a team of three Designers, set a customer‑first creative vision, and ensure in‑store communications are engaging, commercially effective and consistently delivered to a high standard.
