Role Overview Mountain Warehouse's eCommerce business is a high-growth, international operation that significantly contributes to total group revenue via direct-to-consumer websites, third-party marketplaces, and digital concessions. We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Digital Innovation, Insight and Transformation Lead to play a critical role in scaling our online business. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role delivering our eCommerce expansion strategy by supporting new, innovative ways to drive profitable growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience. This role suits a bright, analytical, and ambitious individual capable of delivering across a wide-ranging brief, often to tight deadlines. It offers variety and autonomy in a growing business area. Key Responsibilities Accelerate cross-team digital initiatives from inception to implementation. Partner with senior stakeholders to assess current processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows and systems. Shape thinking in new business areas by assessing risks, benefits, and competitive dynamics. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for change initiatives. Drive performance improvements through data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, or transformation roles. Knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycles. Proven success in operational improvements and leading transformation projects. Strong data analysis skills, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or SQL. Outstanding problem-solving capabilities. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask autonomously. Experience in strategic change, management consulting, or project delivery is a plus. Knowledge of retail marketplace operations is desirable. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits.
