Role Overview Mountain Warehouse's eCommerce business is a high-growth, international operation that significantly contributes to total group revenue via direct-to-consumer websites, third-party marketplaces, and digital concessions. We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Digital Innovation, Insight and Transformation Lead to play a critical role in scaling our online business. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role delivering our eCommerce expansion strategy by supporting new, innovative ways to drive profitable growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience. This role suits a bright, analytical, and ambitious individual capable of delivering across a wide-ranging brief, often to tight deadlines. It offers variety and autonomy in a growing business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate cross-team digital initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess current processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows and systems.
  • Shape thinking in new business areas by assessing risks, benefits, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for change initiatives.
  • Drive performance improvements through data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, or transformation roles.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycles.
  • Proven success in operational improvements and leading transformation projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or SQL.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask autonomously.
  • Experience in strategic change, management consulting, or project delivery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of retail marketplace operations is desirable.
