We have a new exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Retail team at Mountain Warehouse as a Visual Merchandising Communications Assistant. Supporting our central head office visual merchandising team, you will be a key part in helping communicate visual merchandising guidelines and strategies to stores across 9 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing Promotional Guidelines and Seasonal VM Packs
- Setting up VM packs for window guidelines for promotions
- Supporting with the creation of Seasonal VM Instructions
- Assisting with the creation of VM training materials
- Styling and dressing mannequins for windows guidelines
- Editing Seasonal Images
- Using Adobe Photoshop to edit seasonal images
- Creating 2D artworks to build weekly, monthly, and seasonal store installation guidelines for the UK and International markets; including planograms, window designs and POS updates
- Organising and maintaining previous communications for stores
- Organising and maintaining image banks
- Developing effective communication across all levels of the Business, presenting new ideas and in-store solutions
- Close communication across the team
- Identifying process opportunities for improving efficiencies and supports system developments and improvements
- Coaching and supporting the wider team with new processes and delivering best practice
- Working alongside buying, promotions, POS and field VM teams
We would like to meet someone who is
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, inDesign and Microsoft Publisher
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Previous experience in a retail-based role preferable but not essential
