Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies Contributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required What we are looking for? We welcome applications from people who have previous experience in a childrens residential setting or similar role People who have the ability to interact with young people and manage challenging behaviours calmly A full UK driving licence You must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Childrens & Young Peoples workforce would be great
