Mountain is looking for a personable and dedicated Host to join our growing Reservations team. Since opening in July 2023, our door team has been essential in shaping the guest experience at Mountain. We’re seeking someone to bring warmth, precision, and a passion for hospitality, enhancing the guest journey and working seamlessly with the entire team to deliver thoughtful, memorable service.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, welcoming presence with a genuine love for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
- Proven experience in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment.
- Skilled with reservation systems like SevenRooms or similar platforms.
- Confidence and expertise in managing the door, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
