Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, floors, storage spaces, and equipment meet hygiene standards.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and the correct storage of ingredients.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with chefs and supervisors to support smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with kitchen setup before service and breakdown at the end of shift.
Qualifications
- Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, and good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart.
- Most importantly, an appetite to learn, grow and be part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
- 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced kitchen, where excellence is consistent on every plate.
- Confidence in training and developing junior team members.
- A love for cooking and creating unique dishes.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 of 7 days.
