As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the Group grows. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full portfolio, lead the development of commercial opportunities and strengthen the Group's presence in key markets. You will be involved in strategic planning, market analysis, proposal development and partner engagement. Main duties of the job:

Job Description
- Leading and supporting research, analysis and opportunity identification across health, justice, social care and data driven sectors.
- Coordinating the preparation of high quality bids, proposals, presentations and commercial documentation.
- Working closely with Group businesses to gather accurate information and shape compelling submissions that reflect service models and market needs.
- Maintaining effective systems, trackers and documentation that support commercial planning, reporting and performance management.
