We’re recruiting an experienced Governance & Quality Manager to lead our regional governance agenda, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep services inspection‑ready at all times. In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and strengthen the regional Quality & Governance Framework
- Ensure compliance with CQC, NHSE Quality Standards, ISO15189, and Forensic Science Regulator Codes
- Oversee internal audits, inspections, incident management and risk processes
- Drive continuous improvement using audit, incident and KPI data
- Support patient safety initiatives and uphold information governance requirements
- Provide expert governance leadership, advice and training to operational teams
About you:
You’ll have experience in governance or quality roles within regulated healthcare, with understanding of ISO standards, CQC compliance, audits, incident management and data analysis. You’ll be confident influencing at all levels and skilled at embedding robust governance in complex environments.
Must have a full Driving License with access to car. DBS and Vetting required.
