The role is based at Cobham Community Hospital, 168 Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1HS, with additional South East SARC sites. It is a full-time position (40 hours/wk, Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:00) with occasional evenings and weekends.
