As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the Group grows. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full portfolio, lead the development of commercial opportunities and strengthen the Group's presence in key markets. You will be involved in strategic planning, market analysis, proposal development and partner engagement. This is a high impact role suited to someone who can operate confidently across multiple subject areas and is motivated by achieving growth that aligns with purpose and social value.

Job Description
- Leading and supporting research, analysis and opportunity identification across health, justice, social care and data driven sectors.
