Responsibilities include:
- Manage patient records and administrative processes in line with data protection and safeguarding standards.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and referrals with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with police, medical staff and partner agencies.
- Order and manage stock and equipment to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support ISO 15189 and UKAS accreditation processes through accurate record keeping.
- Provide a welcoming environment for patients and families, assisting clinicians during examinations when required.
You will join a supportive, highly skilled team where no two days are the same. We offer full training including safeguarding, basic life support and specialist forensic awareness, plus ongoing development opportunities. This is a 24/7 service with on-call responsibilities requiring arrival at the SARC or designated site within agreed timeframes.
