Responsibilities
- First point of contact for service users.
- Support the process of service users and their families visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting in the collection of forensic evidence.
- Ensure a high standard of DNA anti‑contamination is maintained between forensic cases (cleaning).
- Assist patients and liaise with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
- Assist with preparation, service‑user support and act as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
- Be a key player within the SARC team and the wider company network.
Pay & Rota
Shift patterns: 8 hour shifts – 9am‑5pm, 5pm‑1am, 1am‑9am.
Salary: Shift retainer of £30.56 Monday‑Friday; £40.24 Saturday‑Sunday, plus additional attendance payment of £48.030 per case. Call out rate £16.01 per hour.
