Commissioner/Contract Management – Accountable for the successful delivery of the West Midlands region contracts to include:
- Overall financial performance of the West Midlands contract
- Overall commissioner satisfaction
- Overall provision of the service model
- Team leadership
- Delivery of KPIs
- Adherence to agreed quality standards
- Continuous improvement & meeting our regulator's standards
- Growth of the existing contract's sales targets
- Identification of new opportunities for Mountain within their region
- Reporting
- Budget ownership within delegated authorities
- Own the stakeholder relationships with commissioners and other third parties
- Regional influencer role, playing a strategic role in communicating what we do
- Act as an ambassador for our service
- Identify service gaps, potential business cases and new opportunities for growth
- Foster good relationships with our commissioners and partner agencies
- Accountable for ensuring that the end‑to‑end patient journey through our service is as good as it can possibly be
- Identifying and solutioning new service areas for patients
- Oversee the delivery of the clinical elements of SARC healthcare provision as set out in the Contracts
- Act as the operational single point of contact (Ops SPOC) for Doctors
